She felt a tiny burst of happiness, and a sparkle appeared in her eyes. “That would be lovely!” A smile spread across her face as a reaction to his, and then she blushed. She didn’t have any friends, so she always sat at the table in the corner of the cafeteria alone. “I guess I’ll see you then! Bye!” She sort of ran off, not even paying attention to the real world. She felt something warm and fuzzy inside of her chest… and even though she just met him (officially), she felt like there was a connection between them. “Oh, what will become of you, Celia?” She thought aloud.

“Right! Well… my name is…” She felt a little nervous for some reason and pulled out her iPhone. “Oh, shoot! I have to go, I’m sorry!” It was 5:12 and she had to be home by 5:15. The only family she had was her father, and he had her cook dinner and have her homework done as soon as she got home from school. Every day after school she practiced her violin, because her dad wouldn’t let her bring it home. He said it was too obnoxious, although she played fairly well. He was a very strict man, but he had to be, in order to raise Celia to be a proper young lady. “I’ll see you at school tomorrow? Maybe? I know you don’t lurk around the halls, but I have caught a glimpse of you every once in awhile.”

She chuckled under her breath. “I didn’t notice the change of weather, it was fine earlier… but I’m pretty sure you were at that Halloween party last year. You were dressed up like Jack Frost, and you won the award for best costume!” She looked down and fumbled with the penny she had found earlier that was now in her pocket. “I wouldn’t of expected you to remember me… I was in the corner the whole time.” She said, half smiling.
